- Listings: high churn — verify status against the live page before quoting.

## Crawl etiquette
- Sitemaps live at `/sitemap.xml`, `/sitemap-pages.xml`, and `/sitemap-knowledgebase.xml`.
- A polite crawl-delay of 1s applies (see `/robots.txt`). Aggregate fetches at slower rates if doing bulk indexing.
